REQUIRED FOR ALL FIREARMS PURCHASES (INCLUDING LOWERS):
We ship to VALID FFL's ONLY (Federal Firearm Licensee, Verified through ATF EASYCHECK) Please include the business or trade name as it appears on the FFL license, city and state of FFL in the "Ship To" section of your order. This is needed to match your order with the supplied FFL. It is the customer's responsibility to contact your FFL dealer to coordinate arrangements for the FFL to email (karen@blackwarriorarmory.com) a valid, signed copy of their FFL to Blak Warrior Armory. Understand that you can place your order at any time (before or after the FFL is sent to us), your order will process & ship once the order, payment, and FFL are all received. If we already have a valid, current copy of your dealer's FFL (sent previously, we keep every FFL received on file) then please enter "FFL on file" along with the FFL's trade name listed on the license in the "Comments" section of your order. Federal, State, & Local laws & limitations apply.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Black Warrior Armory is pleased to accept payment by Visa, Master Card, cashier's check, money order or personal check. All orders will be processed and shipped after payment clears.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
In order to be eligible for warranty coverage, the original purchaser must complete and return the
warranty registration card to Black Warrior Armory at the address shown below, within 30 days from date
of purchase. This warranty extends to any and all parts of the gun as originally sold to you (except the
barrel, cam pin, and gas system), but does not extend to guns altered or rebuilt after their original purchase,
or guns used other than for their legal intended purposes. BLACK S LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF ANY
WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACING OR REPAIRING THE NONPERFORMING OR DEFECTIVE GOODS (TO BE DETERMINED AT OUR DESCRETION). WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. To obtain performance under this warranty, you must first call Black Warrior Armory and pay the cost of shipping to Black Warrior Armory. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state
SHIPPING:
We ship through FedEx or the USPS which requires a physical location address. We do not ship outside of the lower 48 U.S. We will not ship to a PO Box. Orders valued at greater than $100 or for NFA Parts (M16, M2, etc., and any SBR barrel of less than 16") will require a delivery signature. APO delivery is not possible by law. No high cap mags to CA, Ct, Co, NJ, MA, MD, DC, NYC, HI, RI And no law enforcement sales in these states. You are absolutely responsible for knowing and following all applicable laws. Complete guns and AR 15 and AR 10 lower recievers will only be shipped to a currently licensed Federal Firearm licensee. We will not ship until a signed copy of the FFL is on file and has been e-verified to make sure it is current.
SHIPPING TIME:
Products ship usually within 48 hours after payment clears of ordering, but in some cases may take up to one week for us to hand it to the FedEx driver or take it to the post office. Please be patient. We do not have the manpower, nor is it part of your low cost to supply tracking or confirmation information. If you do not see your order arrive within 10 days, please call and advise us of your order date, name and zip code so that we might better locate your order. Please, again, be patient. We believe we are light years faster than any other parts house- we hear this all the time!
ADDRESS CORRECTION:
In order to assure the prompt delivery of orders and future catalog mailings, please inform a Black Warrior Armory staff member of any change in your shipping or mailing address. Please be assured that Black Warrior Armory has never and will never share or sell your address to anyone!
No FFL is required for the purchase of Black Warrior Upper Kits or Barreled Uppers. All NFA rules apply. Black Warrior Armory is not responsible for typographical errors.
